. We are informed that the suit has now been transferred to the city civil Court. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent submits that the proceedings have been transferred to the City Civil Court after the pecuniary jurisdiction of the civil court has been enhanced to Rs. one crore. Appeal, therefore, does not survive. Even it appears that Appellants are not now keen in pursuing the appeal. Hearing of the appeal is expedited. Appeal is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
