The learned Single Judge, in our view, has correctly held that the bye-laws of the National Stock Exchange have a statutory force and the period of limitation, prescribed by the said bye-laws will prevail. We are, therefore, concur with the view taken by the learned Single Judge. Appeal is, therefore, dismissed.
