its own merits and the decision so taken shall be communicated to the Petitioner.

6 Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation made by the Petitioner, the Respondent-Board is at liberty to take a decision and intimate the Petitioner accordingly. The decision shall be taken keeping in view the position in law and the relevant Rules and Regulations framed for the appointment of the Teachers.
