in the said order dated 29th January
2015, writ petitions are disposed of by
passing the following order :

(I) We direct the State Government to
issue order granting previous approval
as assured above in terms of clause (b)
of sub-section (1) of section 36A of
the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code,1966
within a period of one month from
today;

(II) On receipt of the said orders, the
Collector/Additional Collector, as the
case may be, shall decide the
applications made by the petitioners
under sub-section (1) of section 36A of
the said Code as expeditiously as
possible and in any event within a
period of one month from the date of
receipt of the orders of previous
approvalissuedbytheState
Government;

(III) The petitions are disposed of on
above terms.
