The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that vide order passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.82 of 2015 in Criminal Writ Petition No. 307 of 2015 dated 29.7.2015, the petitioner has already been released on furlough on 4.9.2015 and after enjoying the furlough, he has surrendered to the Prison.
In that view of the matter, the petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
The fees of the learned counsel appointed for the petitioner are quantified at Rs.1500/-.
