same advertisement, has already been disposed of, and this petition does not survive, in view of the order passed in the said PIL. Secondly, it is submitted that the process of allotment on the basis of the said advertisement is already over and this fact has already been mentioned in the judgment and order dated 18th March, 2015 passed in the said PIL No. 120 of 2014.
