We direct the respondents to consider the prayer of the petitioners and take suitable decision, after verifying record of the petitioners and considering the interim order passed by the Supreme Court dated 23^rd July, 2015 in Writ Petition (CRL.) No.48 OF 2014 (Union of India vs. V. Sriharan @ Murugan and ors.) modifying the earlier interim order dated 9^th July, 2014, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within six weeks from today.
