A revision application tendered by the petitioner, challenging the order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies in respect of expulsion of respondent nos. 3 and 4 from membership is pending consideration with the honourable Minister for Cooperation, State of Maharashtra. It is contended by the petitioner that the revision application as well as the application for interim relief is pending and is not taken up for consideration.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, we direct respondent no.1 to take decision on the application for stay moved by the petitioner in the revision application presented by him as expeditiously as possible, and preferably, within a period of three weeks from today. The respondent no.1 shall decide the appeal itself as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from the date of this order.

The petitioner shall cause appearance before the Honourable Minister on 27th February, 2015 for consideration of application for interim relief pending before the Honourable Minister.

With the directions as above, the writ petition is disposed of.
