The learned Counsel for the applicant/accused in Special Case No. 2 of 2008 initiated under the provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act has questioned the order passed by the learned Special Court, passed on 13/08/2015 rejecting the application of the applicant for grant of adjournment for production of defence witnesses. The accused has examined his father namely Virbhadrappa Mandage and his cross-examination thereafter continue till 10/8/2015. On 12/08/2015 the same was concluded.
