No.4 have made categorical statement that respondent No.4 is monitoring and ensuring that there is no leakage of dangerous chemicals from the factory situated in M.I.D.C. area and that the water is not being polluted on account of any such discharge from any of the factories situated in M.I.D.C., Butibori.

Learned Counsel for respondent No.3 states that the issue was referred to National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI), Nagpur. It is submitted that various recommendations are issued by NEERI and they are being implemented by respondent No.3.

We accept the statement made on behalf of respondent No.3 and expect respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to be diligent and ensure that the discharge from the factories situated in M.I.D.C., Butibori does not pollute the water.

Public Interest Litigation is accordingly disposed of.
