start computerized Government Receipt Accounting System i.e. e-payment by generating MTR – 6 chalan and also to issue stamp vending licenses to Advocates' Bar Associations in Mumbai including Indian Advocates Multi State Multi Purpose Society Ltd. The Affidavit further indicates that the Respondent No.1 has increased number of counters of the staff members for selling judicial and non-judicial stamps and stamp-papers and the working hours have ALSO been increased. The counters now open at 10.15 a.m. instead of 11.00 a.m.
