known as Vinayak Bauvan without leave of the Court. Notice of
Motion is disposed of in these terms, with no order as to costs.
2.Written Statements to be filed on or before 16th March 2015.
Suit be listed for framing of Issues on 31st March 2015. Inspection
to be completed in the meantime. Suit expedited.
