The above Company Application is filed by the Ex-Director of the Respondent Company ( in liquidation) seeking the following reliefs :

Company was ordered to be wound up and the Official Liquidator was ordered to be appointed.

The above Petition is taken up for hearing and final disposal. The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner states that the claim of the Petition is settled and seeks to withdraw the above Petition. No advertisement is directed to be issued since the earlier order dated 9^th January, 2015 was advertised on 14^th January, 2015 and no claims have been received.

The above Application is accordingly disposed of.

The above Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
