Chatake has gave first information report. It is his case that, on 17th August, 2014 when he along with his brother were in the field, his cousin Satyawan Chatake i.e. the applicant/accused fought with him

on trivial issues. Then he threatened them of life. Thereafter, when the complainant and his brother Rajendra Chatake (deceased) were waiting on the road near one canal, the applicant/accused came in a tempo and he deliberately dashed Rajendra Chatake with intention to kill him. Rajendra was sandwiched between the wall of the canal and the tempo and was seriously injured, He died on the spot. The applicant/accused was arrested on 18th August, 2014. Hence, this bail application.
