This is an application sent by the applicant from
jail praying for suspension of substantive sentence of imprisonment and his enlargement on bail, pending the decision of the appeal.
It appears that the applicant had earlier filed an application seeking his release on bail during pendency of the appeal. The aforesaid application was dismissed by

this court. The applicant has relied upon the order passed by us in Criminal Application No. 260 of 2013 dated 21/8/2013 releasing the co-accused on bail.
However, since the application of the applicant had been rejected by us earlier and since the hearing of the appeal has been expedited and the appeal filed by the applicant along with the other companion appeals are already listed on the final hearing board, we dismiss this application.
