The learned counsel for the applicant restricts the prayer in the application for direction to the learned trial Judge to decide the Sessions Trial No. 26/2013 expeditiously.
The criminal application is, therefore, disposed of taking into consideration the fact that the incident is of 2009 and almost six years are over.
We dispose of the criminal application with direction to the Sessions Judge, Achalpur to conclude and decide the trial as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six months from today.
