The typed copy of the first information report which is annexed to the application does not reflect the correct first information report which is registered by the Police Station officer. The allegations pertaining to the abuses on the basis of the caste are missing in the typed copy of the FIR which are seen in the original.
In that view of the matter, the Criminal Application (APL) No. 268 of 2015 is dismissed only on the ground of suppression of the material facts.
