2 The Petitioner's grievance is that he has become ineligible for applying against the fresh advertisement issued by the Thane Municipal Corporation dated 5th September, 2014. The learned counsel referred to
an order passed by a Division Bench of this Court (Coram: S. C. Dharmadhikari and A. P. Bhangale, JJ) in Writ Petition No.6033 of 2012

dated 26th November, 2013. It is submitted that earlier the Petitioner had filed Petitions which were disposed of. The Petitioner had made representations but they were not considered. The counsel further submits that earlier the Petitioner had appeared in written and oral test but the Corporation had cancelled the entire selection process.
3 The learned counsel for the Corporation submits that the Thane Municipal Corporation had already issued an advertisement and according to the terms and conditions of the advertisement, the Petitioner would not be eligible to participate.
4 We have perused the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court dated 26th November, 2013. In the facts of the case, in case the Petitioner is found to be ineligible for applying against the fresh advertisement issued by the Thane Municipal Corporation, no interference can be caused by this Court directing the Corporation to consider the Petitioner's participation. There is no merit in the Petition. The same is dismissed.
