At the fag end of the hearing of the Petition it was pointed out that Respondent Nos.2 and 3 had filed affidavit in reply but copy of the same was not annexed to the Petition. The copy was called from the registry. It is informed that the affidavit in reply was filed on 22^nd September 2014. We have witnessed such instances in various matters which causes inconvenience to the Court, lawyers and litigants. Registrar (Judl.) to look into such lapses and take remedial measures so that such instances do not occur repeatedly.
