between Respondent Nos.5 and 7. It is submitted that the aerial
distance is below 15 kms. The learned counsel submits that the Petitioner's factory is running at distance of more than 15 kms. aerial distance. The Petitioner seeks direction to take steps under the provisions of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act 1960 for derecognition of the Respondent No.5 and for withdrawal of aerial distance certificate. According to the learned

counsel, the Respondent No.5 was established in 1996 and Respondent No.7 in 1981. In the light of this factual position, as stated by the Petitioner, in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction, we are not inclined at this stage to interfere. Petition is disposed off.
