2. Para 6(v) shall be substituted by the following:-

“ The arrears of salary grant for the period from 9 May 2013 up to 31 August 2014 shall be released by the respondents by 30 September 2014 and the respondents shall continue to pay full salary grant to the petitioner-institutions by direct payment of salary to the concerned employees of the schools in accordance with rules and regulations without withholding any salary grant on the ground of backlog without following the aforesaid safeguards.”

3. Para 6(vii) shall be substituted by the following:-

“ Accordingly the petitions are disposed of in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.”
