3] Mr. Ganguli points out that the Respondent has transferred its undertaking in favour of Wheelabrators Alloys & Castings Co. Ltd. and therefore it is necessary that the said transferee be impleaded as Respondent No.2 in WP 2182 of 2007.

4] Mr. Pai does not dispute that the transfer has already taken place.

5] In the aforesaid circumstances, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

6] The necessary amendments be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

¶24

7] Once the amendments are carried out, notice to the newly added Respondent No. 2.

8] Writ Petitions be placed on 8 August 2014.
