2 Both the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on instructions, make statement that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of in view of Government Resolution dated 7 August 2014 bearing No. Manyata/2014/(P.K.77/2014/TANSHI5, whereby the Petitioner's institute/college has been granted permission and their name is notified in the website for admissions for the Academic Year 201415 for Diploma Courses referring to the seats/additional seats and/or intake capacity as prayed.

3 We have gone through the Government Resolution as well as orders passed by this Court. This Court, by order dated 9.7.2014 (Anoop V. Mohta & A. A. Sayed, JJ.) while allowing Writ Petition No.5816/2014Dr. D.Y. Patil Pratisthan's Dr. D.Y. Patil Polytechnic vs. Directorate of Technical Education and ors., passed various orders/directions in favour of such Petitioners. The Government, therefore, based upon the same, which can be seen from the preamble of the Resolution, has taken decision to grant the permission as prayed for by the Petitioner. This Court has already granted interim reliefs for same nature in the Petition.

4 Therefore, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ

Petition in view of above Government Resolution, however, it is made clear that the Petitioner to complete all other formalities/obligations, if any, for the respective courses for this Academic Year or even otherwise. The Respondents/Authorities are also at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.

5 Rule is made absolute accordingly. There shall be no

order as to costs.
