granted affiliation for the Academic Year 201415 for technology/professional courses. This Court has already granted

interim relief in favour of the Petitioner of similar nature.
Therefore, in view of above development, the present Writ Petition is disposed of.
3 Rule is made absolute accordingly. However, the Petitioner is under obligation and/or required to comply with all other formalities, if any, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
