2 The Petitioners raise issue concerning allotment of plots. It is the contention of the Petitioners that earlier subject plots were allotted in favour of the Petitioners. Later on, the Managing Committee

Members allotted/sold the said plots to a third party. We have perused the record.
2 The counsel for the Petitioners submits that some proceedings are initiated before the State Government. The issue raised herein involves examination of question of facts, which cannot be gone into in writ jurisdiction of this Court. The Petitioners may resort to the alternate remedy, as are permissible in law. Keeping all the issues on merits open, the Petitions are disposed of.
