The grievance of the Petitioner in this petition is as regards the failure of the Officers of the State Government to implement the order dated 2^nd January, 2014. The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner pointed out that the Petitioner's bid for extraction of sand was accepted. However, the contract was to end on 31^st July, 2013. He pointed out that even if the order dated 2^nd January, 2014 is implemented, the Petitioner will not be in a position to act upon the earlier contract. petition with liberty to make an appropriate representation to the State Government.

Accordingly, we dispose of the petition as withdrawn, with liberty to the Petitioner to make an appropriate representation to the State Government. If such representation is made, the same shall be considered, as expeditiously as possible. All the contentions of merits are kept open.
