AGP for the Respondents. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Application made by the Petitioner being Application No.01/394 of 2011 under sections 4,11 and 12 of the Treasure Trove Act, 1878 is still pending before the District Collector of Pune. The learned AGP states that she has not received any instructions from the District Collector, Pune as regards the status of the said Application.
