He, therefore, states that he is withdrawing the allegations made in this Petition. He states that though he is not pressing for the relief claimed in this Petition, his submission is that the High Court Administration must perform its obligations under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Right to Information Act, 2005. (for short “the said Act of 2005”).
In view of the statements made by the Petitioner appearing-inperson, which we have recorded in paragraph 2 above, we dispose of the Petition.
