. Grievance of the Petitioners is that despite the complaint disclosing commission of cognizable offence was filed by the them with the concerned police station, no action was taken by the police. Pursuant to the directions given by this Court FIR has now been registered and the investigation has been transferred to DCP, Zone– 11, Mumbai. A report dated 21.7.2014 has been filed by the said DCP. Investigation is going on. In this view of the matter, petition itself has worked out. Writ petition is, therefore, disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioners to approach this Court if they are aggrieved by the investigation.
