. The grievance of the Petitioner is that though Petitioner has made a complaint in writing to the concerned police station, no action has been taken by the police. Learned APP on instructions of Mr. Gajarmal V. A., API, Gorai Police Station submits that if the Petitioner approaches the police station and reports the concerned police officer, necessary steps will be taken by the police. In this view of this statement, we direct the Senior Inspector of the Gorai Police Station that upon Petitioner approaching and filing the complaint to him, police may take steps in accordance with law. With this direction, writ petition is disposed of.
