The Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the communication made by Lok Ayukat the State Government would still consider the request made by the petitioner and other similarly situated persons. The Counsel for respondent -Zilla Parishad has placed on record the GR dated 4th October, 1983. All these documents are clubbed together and marked as annexure 'X'.
