1 The grandson of project affected person has presented an application on 01.11.2013 for issuance of project affected person's certificate. The application has been turned down on the ground that same is presented after about 22 years and there are no provisions for condoning such delay.
2 In identical circumstances, this Court, while dealing with Writ Petitions No.6881 of 2011 and 6883 of 2011, rejected the petitions on the ground of delay and latches. Following the same course of action, instant petition also stands rejected.
