Party in person submitted a letter putting forth his grievances against respondent no.1-Municipal Corporation in respect of water supply, electricity supply and drainage line and is praying for issuance of appropriate directions to the Municipal

Corporation, Aurangabad and other Respondents to take appropriate steps for providing the amenities to the citizens living in the locality of Dhangarwada, Silk Mill Colony, Aurangabad. In pursuance of the letter tendered by the party in person, notice was directed to be issued and Advocate Shri S.K.Hingole has been appointed as an amicus curiae. Neither the party-in-person nor the advocate appointed are present. The petition relates to the grievances of not providing the amenities like water supply, electricity supply, drainage lines and is entertained in the year 1994. By passage of time the grievances of the petitioner-party in person must have been redressed. If at all any grievance subsists, we direct the Respondent No.1- Municipal Corporation, Aurangabad to treat the Memorandum of this Writ Petition as a Representation and take appropriate steps, if at all required.

With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of. Rule discharged. No order as to costs.
