1] Mr. Naiknavare, learned counsel states that the petitioner has given a representation to the respondent No.2 for allotment of land, as the petitioner is a physically handicapped person. Heard Mr. Tope, AGP.
2] In case the representation of the petitioner is not decided, the respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with the existing policy of the State, expeditiously and preferably within six months from today.
3] Writ petition disposed of accordingly. No costs.
