ORDER :
1]The petitioner assails the order dated 19.10.2011
issued by the respondent no.2 so also claims difference
of pay and allowances with effect from 25.4.2004.
2]Learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 & 3 submits
that the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad,
Ahmednagar, has already taken decision vide order dated
26.5.2014 that the petitioner would be paid the

difference of the salary and allowances.
3]Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
petitioner would stand satisfied by said order to the
extent of prayer clause ©. He may be granted liberty to
assail in appropriate proceedings the prayer with regard
to the pension.
4]The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with
liberty to the petitioner to raise the dispute about the
pension in appropriate proceedings. No order as to
costs.
