By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the review proceedings with respect to Chalta no. 19-A of P.T. Sheet No. 105 of Panaji city, commenced by the Inspector of Survey and Land Records City Survey of Panaji, Goa.

After the matter was heard for quite sometime, the parties have agreed for disposal of the petition in the following terms:

(a)�The name of the original owner of the property under Chalta No.19-A of P.T. Sheet No. 105 of city of Panaji, as was originally figuring in Form "B" shall be recorded in the column of holders in the origin of title (so far as traced) by deleting the name of the petitioner from that column.

(b)�The name of the petitioner shall be recorded below the name of Executive Engineer, Works Division-III, PHE, PWD, Panaji with an area of 5459 square metres and with the details of the sale deed, in the mutation column.

(c) �The name of respondent no.7 shall also be recorded in that column in which the names of PWD and petitioner are included , in respect of an area of 500 square meters, with the details of her sale deed.

(d) �The name of respondent no.3 shall also be recorded in the same column in which the names of PWD, petitioner and respondent no.7 are included, against an area of 500 square meters, with the details of her sale deed.

(e)�This order shall not affect the rights and contentions of the parties in the suits filed by respondent no.3 which are pending in the Civil

Court, at Panaji and subsequent avenues or revenue proceedings, in case respondent no.3 succeeds in the said suits.

(f)�This shall not affect the rights of the parties to get their respective plots partitioned in accordance with law at any time hereafter.

3)�The Review Petition pending before the Inquiry Officer City survey shall stand closed.

4)�Petition stands disposed of accordingly as per the above terms.
