1] The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent – Management has raised a preliminary objection that the Petitioner's grievance is required to be considered by the Grievance Committee as contemplated under Section 57 of the Maharashtra University Act, 1994. Considering the averments made and so also the contents raised which require adjudication of certain facts and therefore by keeping all points open, we are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition. However, permitting the Petitioner to make representation / application to the Grievance Committee within four weeks from today. The learned counsel appearing for the

Respondent – Management also makes a statement that they have also no objection if the Grievance Committee hears and dispose of the Petition in accordance with law.

2] The Grievance Committee to consider the said representation as early as possible and in any case within four months from the date of representation in view of the pendency of this petition in this Court for more than one year.

3] Therefore, the present petition is disposed of by keeping all

points open, with liberty. No costs.
