1] The Petitioner has challenged by this Petition filed on 29.11.2013 the appointment order dated 14.08.1996 and the approval granted by the Education Officer on 21.08.1996 the Respondent No. 4 as Head Master of Shree Chatrapati Shivaji Prashala, Tal : Madha, District Solapur.
2] We decline to entertain the present petition mainly on the ground of delay and laches and also for the reason that the Petitioner after being elected as a Secretary of the Society / management in the year 2004 is now challenging the said appointment order. There is nothing on record to show that at any

point of time earlier and immediately after impugned appointment / approval, anybody else concerned and/or connected with the institution / management has made the said challenge. For the above reasons, no case is made out to entertain the petition. The petition is dismissed accordingly. No costs.
