disposal of the representations. The reason is that mechanically, para wise comments of the Sponsoring Authority are called for on the representations. It is not necessary to mechanically call for the para wise comments. Wherever necessary, the parawise comments can be called for by sending a requisition by email with a request to forward the parawise comments by email. In case of any delay on the part of the Sponsoring Authority, everyday emails can be generated by way of reminder to the Sponsoring Authority. Apart from the directions which are issued by the State Government, additional directions need to be incorporated on the aspect of calling for the parawise comments from the Sponsoring Authority. Clause 14 of the directions provides that after every three months, workshops shall be arranged to give training to the concerned officers. The State Government can always request the Maharashtra Judicial Academy to hold workshops on the issue. If the State Government and the office of Public Prosecutor make a request to the Judicial Academy, we are sure that necessary arrangement will be made by the Judicial Academy.
