. This petition is filed by the Petitioner for quashing of the criminal complaint pending in the court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 67th Court at Borivali. None appears on behalf of the Petitioner. Writ petition was dismissed in the past for want of prosecution. Even today neither Petitioner nor his counsel remained present. We have perused the complaint. Complaint discloses the ingredients of the offences under Section 504, 506 (II) of the I. P. Code, which has been registered against the Petitioner. Hence, no case is made out for quashing of the complaint. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
