1The learned senior counsel representing the first
and second respondents on instructions of the said
respondents states that the Competent Authority of the
first respondent will apply its mind to the
modification suggested by M/s.Isolux Corsan in the
Check Survey Approval between the AP No.7/0 to 7A/0
and will take a fresh decision in accordance with law.
He states that before commencing the work on the basis
of the approval which will be granted by the Competent
Authority, advance notice of atleast one week will be
served to the petitioner. We accept the statements.
2In view of the said statements, nothing survives
in this petition and the same is disposed of.
