. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. Against the impugned order dated 9th July, 2013, admittedly a statutory appeal is available.

Therefore, we decline to entertain the Petition. The Petition

is disposed of by keeping the statutory remedy open. To enable the Petitioner to approach the Appropriate Authority, we direct that no further coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioner on the basis of the impugned order dated 9th July, 2013 for a period of eight weeks from today. If an Appeal along with an application for condonation of

delay and application for interim relief is filed, the prayer for ad-interim relief shall be considered by the Appellate Authority and appropriate order shall be passed on the said prayer within a period of two weeks from the date on which the application is filed.
