. The impugned notice dated 21st March, 2014 has been
issued on the basis of the Bills of Property Taxes served by the Municipal Corporation on the Petitioner. The bills have been served long back as evidenced from page 82 and 83. The remedy of the Petitioner is to prefer an Appeal under Section 406 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949. In view of the availability of the efficacious remedy, we decline to entertain the Petition and the same is disposed of.
