PER COURT:
1 The petitioner is challenging allotment of fair price shops in favour of Respondents No.4 to 6.
2 It is the contention of the petitioner that fair price shops have been allotted in favour of concerned Respondents in the year 2010 without observing procedure prescribed in that behalf.
3 An affidavit-in-reply has been presented by the Tahsildar, Muktainagar, wherein it is stated that the procedure, as prescribed in the Government Resolutions, has been followed and notification, calling applications, was published on 07.12.2007. Respondents No.4 to 6 presented applications for allotment of fair price shops and on scrutiny of the applications, Respondents No.4 to 6 were found to be eligible and they have been allotted fair price shops by issuing separate orders, in that behalf.

4 In view of the explanation tendered by Respondents, on oath, contentions raised by the petitioner, in the petition, do not deserve acceptance. Petition is devoid of substance.
5 Writ Petition stands dismissed.
