1The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks a
limited relief. He states that the representation
made by the petitioners, a copy of which is annexed
as ExhibitD to the petition, is kept pending by the
State Government. His submission is that the State
Government be directed to decide the representation.
2In view of this limited request, we dispose of
the petition by passing the following order:
(I)We direct the State Government to decide
the representation made by the petitioners, a
copy of which is annexed as ExhibitD to the
petition;
(II)We direct the petitioners to produce an
authenticated copy of this order along with a

true copy of the said representation before the
Principal Secretary to the Urban Development
Department. The Principal Secretary of the
Urban Development Department shall decide the
said representation within a period of three
months from the date of production of an
authenticated copy of this order by the
petitioners;
(III)We make it clear that we have made no
adjudication on merits of the representation;
(IV)Writ Petition is disposed of.
