The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the Revision Application preferred by the petitioner on 7^th June, 2013 for challenging the order dated 6^th November, 2006 is still pending before the revisional authority. The learned AGP has no instructions on this aspect. Hence, by accepting the statement made by the learned Counsel appearing for the

petitioner, we dispose of this Petition by passing the following order :

i. We direct the petitioner to remain present before the revisional authority on 28^th July, 2014 at 11:00 a.m.. The petitioner shall produce a photocopy of the Revision Application along with an authenticated copy of this order before the revisional authority;

ii. The revisional authority shall decide the Revision Application as expeditiously as possibly and preferably within a period of three months from 28^th July, 2014;

iii. All contentions on merits are kept open;

iv. The Petition is disposed of on above terms;

v. The revisional authority to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
