1 Learned Counsel appearing for petitioners in both the petitions seek leave to withdraw the petitions with liberty to avail of alternate remedy provided under the Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1963.

Both the writ petitions stand disposed of with liberty as prayed for.

3 Since interim relief is granted while directing issuance of notice on 18.12.2013 and same is still continued, we direct that the said interim order shall continue for the period of eight days from today. It is specifically made clear that we have not considered merits of the controversy involved in the matter and it would be open for the Revisional Authority to consider the matters on its own merits.
