is that investigation is not being carried out
in a proper manner since some of the accused
persons are having political connection.
2.In our view, instead of this Court
going into the issue whether investigation is
being done properly or not and whether the
investigation needs to be transferred to an
independent agency, it would be better for the
petitioners to approach the Grievance Cell
which has been constituted pursuant to the
directions given by this Court. We, therefore,
direct the petitioners to approach the
Grievance Cell. The petitions themselves be
treated as representations by the petitioners
before the Grievance Cell. Thereafter the
Grievance Cell shall hear the petitioners and
take an appropriate decision on the
representations on their own merits and in
accordance with law.

3. The petitioners may appear before the
Grievance Cell on 2462014 at 11:00 a.m..
Expecting the Grievance Cell to decide the
petitioners' representations within a period of
three months from the date of their appearance,
both the matters are accordingly disposed of.
