By this petition, which is filed under Art. 226 of the Constitution of India, Petitioner is seeking appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Metropolitan Magistrate, Bandra to issue process against the Respondents. Such a relief cannot be granted by this Court while exercising our jurisdiction under Art. 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India. We, therefore, direct the learned Magistrate to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. We this direction, writ petition is disposed of.
