. This Petition is misconceived. This Petition proceeds on the
footing that the outer limit of 14th January, 2014 was fixed by this Court by the Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim. The order dated 15th October, 2013 cannot be read to that effect. Hence, there is no merit in the Petition and the same is rejected.
